"The board is greatly disappointed in the Attorney General’s decision to prolong senseless litigation in the Omni case by to review his latest defeat in the ×îÐÂÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ¿´Court of Appeals. This litigation has been rebuked at every turn by ×îÐÂÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ¿´courts. It is regrettable that ×îÐÂÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ¿´taxpayers lose most of all as the Attorney General refuses to recognize and uphold established law and instead insists on a further waste of taxpayer dollars."
