WHAT: The ×îÐÂÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ¿´ has scheduled special board and committee meetings on Thursday, January 30. In committee meetings, members will receive university IARB and internal audit reports from ×îÐÂÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ¿´State University, Northern ×îÐÂÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ¿´University and the University of Arizona. Additionally, members will hear details about a proposed Regents Grant to examine how artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance the ×îÐÂÂ鶹Ãâ·Ñ¿´Department of Emergency Management and Military Affairs’ disaster preparedness, response and mitigation.  Major General Kerry Muehlenbeck, DEMA adjutant general, will present to the committee members.

• 12:45 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. – Audit and Risk Management Committee
• 1:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. – 
• 3:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. – Special board meeting executive session
